Return Policy

**Upon placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions**

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, you may return any new Onlineshowerheads.com product purchased that arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Onlineshowerheads.com reserves the right to test and examine all returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned Onlineshowerheads.com product, shower head, hand shower or extension arm that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Please read below for conditions on returned items.

At checkout, you will be required to select your shipping option for a signature for your package or no signature required. If you select no signature, it is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address you provide us is secure for packages left when no one is home. OnlineShowerHeads will not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shown as delivered. No exceptions!

If you require a signature for your package, an additional charge of $4.95 will be charged at your order.

The above is clearly stated at checkout.

Returned item(s) must be in re-sellable condition and returned to us in the exact condition they were shipped to you. That means no teflon tape, water spots or ANY water inside the showerheads and fittings.

1. Please make sure the product you are returning is dry and devoid if water spots. A 15% restocking fee will apply should we have to clean and polish the items you returned.

2. Please make sure any brass you are returning has not been scarred with a tool due to improper installation or it is non refundable.

3. All original packaging/boxes must be included with your return. Please secure and cushion all pieces for the return back to us to avoid damage in shipping.

4. Do not write or put a label on the white box the shower head came... cover it for it's return back to us.

You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number (RA#). All returns must be sent to us freight prepaid. Returned items must be in their original packaging.

RA# must be printed or written on the outside of any returned item .

Any returns without an RA number will be refunded a flat 30% restocking fee or refused depending on the condition of contents at our discretion.

Product inspections: Please open boxes/packaging immediately and examine contents for obvious defects when your order is delivered. All our brass shower heads, extension arms and fittings are hand inspected thoroughly for visible exterior defects before packaging and are in perfect & new condition when they are shipped to you. If the contents have been damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions. We will not accept damaged merchandise if you do not contact us within 5 days of the delivery date as we will have to file a claim with the shipper.

No refunds on items damaged by customer abuse or misuse. (Do not return any shower heads, valves, pipes or extension arms that have been damaged by the use of a wrench. All of our shower heads and fittings are hand installed. Wrench marks of ANY KIND, anywhere are considered damaged and are non refundable. No exceptions. (Please follow the installation instructions.) Brass items must be secure & protected when shipped back to us as they were shipped to you. Any brass items damaged when shipping back to us are not refundable.

Bent Extension Arms and Shower Heads with Extension Arms. Extension shower arms are made out of brass. Brass is not a hard metal like steel. If you try to tighten an extension arm using the arm as a wrench or lever, it will bend. We hand inspect every extension arm we send out and package them carefully to prevent shipping damage. Bent arms are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Disassembly required: All shower heads, valves, pipes or extension arms must be disassembled and returned to us in the same condition that they were originally shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund should:

A. Disassembly is required by us. (example: removal of shower head or ball joint from an extension arm)

B. Teflon/plumbers tape or hard water spots still on any items.

Defective Items: Within 30 days of receiving your order, your merchandise appears to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not return the item without contacting us and receiving an RA#. After we receive the item and test it, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Bath & Body: Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any of our bath and body products, no exceptions. Please check you order as soon as you receive it... we will replace any items if they were damaged in shipping. We will however require the items returned to us before we ship any replacements. No replacement of items after 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Should you not receive your order within 15 days from the day you placed your order, 10 days for Fed Ex Ground, contact us immediately. We will need to file a claim with Fed Ex within 15 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims can be made after the 15 day limit is up.

Custom made or custom printed items are not returnable.
