To the owner, I did not get your name at the San Mateo Show on Saturday. But, I want to thank you for Chrome Giessdorf- 8 jet. Sunday morning I got up looking forward to trying out the new Giessdorf. When I stepped into the shower, I got the most wonderful surprise of my life. For over 50 years I have been showering ever morning, and Sunday's shower was the best I had ever had. Having that volume of water at that pressure was like having a full body message performed by a thousand water nymph fingers.

Stepping from the shower, I felt more refreshed and energized than with the old shower head. I felt like I could power through the day of garden tree trimming I had waiting for me.

Thanks again, and we will be buying another one of those great Giessdrofs for the upstairs bath when it is completed next year.

HI - Got the Geissdorf shower head you shipped from the road. Works great! Now I need either another Geissdorf or one of your Euro shower heads. What I'm doing is ordering both, and we'll try the Euro (without scratching it) and either keep the Geissdorf or the Euro and send back the other. On a recent trip to Nashville, I stayed at a Hampton Inn and had what I considered then to be one of the best showers I have ever had... When I returned home, I did a search for "shower heads" on the Internet, and found your site... The Siroflex head looked like the one I had used in Nashville, but to be sure I placed a long distance phone call to the hotel to ask if they would send someone to the room to tell me the brand... Sure enough, it was yours...

I ordered one last week, and to my surprise it arrived this past Monday... I could not wait to get home from work... We own a drive in restaurant, and with the heat we have been having, I knew it was going to be a perfect time to "try" it out !!! Well I wasn't disappointed. Every bit as good as the hotel in Nashville...

I only have one regret... That I didn't take advantage of the offer and buy 2 for the $14.95 ... I will be getting back on the site and ordering some for our three boys.... Now that they are all gone from home and I don't have to pay their water bills, I'll be giving each of them one for a "stocking" stuffer this Christmas...

Hi, The Giessdorf shower head is great. I installed it with and again without the water valve. I saw no practical need for the valve. The shower head is really great and I am upgrading from a Speakman 6 jet so it isn't as if I did not have an adequate shower head. I actually get a what they used to call a " needle shower" when properly adjusted. In any event I am more than pleased with the shower head.

Steve! You're so funny! (I wrecked on my road bike in August 1996, and some people at work started calling me "Crash." Mountain biking in the same timeframe, I was always the most daring downhill rider in my group, hence my email moniker, crash-downhiller. I have been laid up the last four years with a non-smoking-related lung disease, but I am feeling much better, and just resuming my bicycling.)

I just got out of the shower. I had to wash everything twice! I was amazed. Just writing you back to let you know that I received the shower heads (Giessdorf 6 Jet, Siroflex Ultra/Siroflex handheld (small head) kit) only a few short days after ordering them -- thank you for such prompt service.

I installed them the very same day I received them and WOW! I haven't had a shower like that since I was a kid. I don't know about the Giessdorf 8 Jet (big brother), but the Giessdorf 6 Jet is absolutely wonderful and well worth the discounted price that you charge. And you were right -- the way that thing is built, it should outlive me. Even with our relatively low water pressure, it puts out a deliberate, drenching flow that puts our old shower head to shame. My wife will never give it up!

The Siroflex Ultra in the guest bathroom is likewise impressive. I would describe the flow as drenching, but not quite as forceful as the Giessdorf. I would highly recommend it, especially for someone on a tight budget looking for an great shower. In addition, the handheld unit is perfect for bathing/rinsing our 17 month old boy. It provides the best of both worlds: an aerated flow that is gentle enough for rinsing the baby without spattering water in his eyes and all over the bathroom; yet, a more conventional "ring" flow that is forceful enough for adults and for rinsing down the shower stall.

Your input and suggestions prior to my ordering were definitely helpful. I appreciate your time.

Dear Steve, I hate to do this but I need to return the Giessdorf 8 showerhead you recently sent me. I'll be keeping the Siroflex Ultra showerhead, and will be ordering a Siroflex Tilt 'n' Save right after I send this letter.

Personally, I think the Giessdorf is the best showerhead I've ever used. My wife, however, has trouble getting out of the way of the water flow when she shaves her legs because the spray of the Giessdorf is pretty wide (although very strong over that entire range) and our shower stall is really tiny. She loves the Siroflex because it's almost as strong as the Giessdorf but has a narrower focus so she can tilt the shower head and pretty much keep the water off her if she needs to. Cost was not a factor, since I would have paid twice the price of the Giessdorf to find a really great shower. The Siroflex is a terrific showerhead and for the money it's incredible. If they made a brass model they could easily sell it for $50. I'll be buying sa Siroflex Tilt 'n' Save in a few minutes which I want to install on the shower by three kids use.

Naturally, I expect you to deduct the shipping charges from my refund, especially since it certainly wasn't your fault that I'm returning it. I appreciate doing business with you and am sure I'll be visiting you again.

When we bought our house in 1991, I mistakenly threw away the original shower heads to buy a newer one. Well, nothing seemed to work. The water pressure because of this type was very poor. Steve, No need to wait to tell you what I think about the Siroflex Shower Heads.

I first used one at a summer home I rent every year in Newport Beach, CA. I was very surprised to see a "plastic" shower head in a multimillion dollar home, but very pleased when I first used the Siroflex. Delivers a full and pleasing shower time after time.

Last year I was lucky enough to have found the Siroflex heads at the Los Angeles County Fair. I bought two, one for me and one for my neighbor. We love them.

My son is now in his teens and he's been using my shower more often then his. When I asked him why he told me, "Dad, your shower is awesome, a lot more power then mine." So I decided to purchase two more from you this week for my children's showers.

For anyone looking for a great shower at a minimum price, this is it!! Buy one for every shower in your house, and pick up a few for gifts. Share the experience.

Steve, I'm giving the Deluxe Aussie Shower Head to my married daughter. She saw ours and liked it. The Deluxe looks more substantial than the regular one, and I like the extra length. Compared to everyone else your price is much better, I'd drop the regular one, and sell only the "Deluxe" one.

"Free Shipping" is a great incentive. I can't stand outfits that charge an Arm and a Leg for shipping, and the more you buy the more you pay. If your Walligator was $10 + $4.95 for shipping, I would not have bought it. I know I am paying for shipping in the initial price, but "free shipping" works for me.

Subject: Praise for your shower heads

Just another note to add to the many letters of worthy praise on your web site. I moved into an apartment that I loved but there was one thing I couldn't take--the shower. Normally this is a deal-breaker for me but this is New York and you make concessions. So I moved in.

The shower was weak, inconsistent, varying in temperature, and spraying water in a small, unadjustable column of water. Also, it was low on the wall, forcing me to duck, dance and jump in and out of the water to get wet, avoid being burnt or shocked and so on. Granted, it was an old shower head but it was never very good--even in its days of being new.

I did my online research and many people told me that there was little I could do. But NEAT items told me I didn't have to live like that. They also told me I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for things to change.

I bought the Euro Rainshower with the extended arm and it made all the difference. The flow is massively improved. The temperature seems to stay more consistent (although I am not sure how the head would affect that) and most importantly, I can stand under a wide column of water and get completely soaked. It is a great feeling. I used to dread showering in the old shower, now I look forward to it.

Prices were very fair and you make a great product. I think the extended arm needs something to lock it down...it tends to succumb to gravity a little to easily and I fear I won't be able to tighten it enough to hold it in place soon--but I will cross that bridge when I reach it. Then again, at your prices, I could afford to buy another one.

Anyway, keep up the good work and I am very happy I found you. I have been telling all my friends.

I am interested in one of you shower units, specifically the ISA Yoga Slide Bar Shower. I have just purchase and returned two very similar items from Lowe's and Home Depot. These were sold by Delta and Ondine. I was very disappointed at the lack of force in the water pressure from these units. So before I order one from you, I just want to be sure that I won't be disappointed again. All the testimonials on your site refer to other shower units. None addresses the one I'm interested in. Hi Steve, Received my Shower equipment Giessdorf 8, Siroflex Trigger, etc and have it installed. No problems whatsoever with the installation process, maybe my easiest plumbing expedition ever! The shower is really nice, my wife says it actually tickles, I guess that's good! Really enjoy the amount of water coming out of the shower, we can get the soap and shampoo rinsed off now. All those jets really make a wide spray of water so your whole body enjoys the the soothing effects. Still not the kind of shower that knocks the dirt off you without any scrubbing, but that's a water pressure problem, nothing to do with the equipment. I didn't tell you before, but we have a 90 year old 2 story farm house with the shower upstairs. We also have very old galvanized water pipe and from what I've had to repair in the past, some of it is pretty well plugged with rust and calcium. Some day I'll rip the old plumbing out and replace, then I'll probably have a pounding shower. Also only having 45 psi max doesn't help either. Enough whining, just be aware the merchandise works as advertised and if you ever need a testimony or anything give me a jingle. I'll be more than happy to put in a good word. Again you're definitely bookmarked!!

Sometimes when you read a web site you can only hope the product is 1/2 as good as advertised.

In this case, the shower head - The Giessdorf, is TWICE as good as the advertised Shower Head.

I would like to recommend this shower heard to everyone in the world!!!! What a difference between the low flow heads, that are more like mechanical devices with prostrate problems! No comparison that words can convey.

By Far - The BEST - The most refreshing - showers of my life.

DANGER! - This shower may become addictive! ;-) - DANGER! should be placed on every shower door with a Giessdorf.

Hello over there in the US We bought one of your sunflower showerheads in November 2001 but only set it up this Summer. It's been a while we've planned to mail this picture to you. It shows me up in the Swiss pre-Alps at 3100ft asl outside our cottage. It's fixed to to a post under one of our pine trees. The water is chilly mountain spring water even in Summer...., but it's refreshing after doing some gardening in the sun. What a contrast to the weather right now down in the plains of Zurich: grey ceiling and rain!

Steve, Just wanted to let you know that I absolutely loved the Giessdorf 8 jet shower head! I will sincerely recommend this showerhead to everyone I know & even people I don't know - LOL! Your product arrived in a timely fashion with very easy installation instructions. Even though the volume of water & pressure seems 10x's greater I found myself lingering beyond the "rinse cycle" simply because it felt so invigorating & wonderful.

Dear Steve, we have received your new shipment and it had the GIESSDORF 8 SHOWER HEAD! I installed it last night and our shower was awesome! This was the finishing touch on my newly redone shower. My wife just experienced it.
